Hayatsu
Hayatsu Robotics Company is a Japanese robotics company created in 2056 A.D. It was once a startup for a new robotic companion solution, inspired by the ARC-X’s AIRA Second Generation. The company was created by two robotic engineers with some renown, Takumi Hayano and Mayumi Tsukimoto, who created many robots over the years. 'Hayatsu' is named after them, with 'Haya' taken from Takumi's last name and 'Tsu' from Mayumi's last name.
In 2064, Koromo acquired the company wholesale, and it became its solo robotic division. Its first commercial robot was the Automated Living and Intelligent Companion Edition-1, released in 2069 A.D. Since then, the company expanded with better versions for its home market.

The Hayatsu Automated Living and Intelligent Companion is a robotic companion made by the company for its home market. The idea was a refined version of the ARC-X’s AIRA Second Generation Refresh 2, with better capabilities.
Its first version was Edition 1, released in 2069 A.D., mimicking many of the AIRA Second Generation Refresh 2 features. Edition 2 was released in 2071 A.D., with many improvements.
Edition 3 was released in 2073 A.D., now sporting AGI thanks to one of the Famed Five working with the company as a contractor. It also sports SoftTouch from HyoBin, and has been largely a success in its home market, eventually expanding to most of Asia and Southeast Asia.
